Simply The Best Home Care was established in 2008 as a fully licensed Home Health Care Agency. Our objective is to provide the best home health care available in the Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Hamilton, and Warren counties. Our Professionals and Paraprofessionals will go above and beyond to Ensure you and or your Loved one receives the BEST possible care. We endeavor to provide all home services from Professional Nursing to daily housekeeping tasks.

 Professional Standards:
 

Our Professional staff is carefully screened and Pre-Employment Background checks are required. Simply The Best will not hire anyone that does not have a clean Background Check.
All Staff at Simply The Best are Trained, Licensed and Certified. Monthly Training is provided and required to help assist all of our staff to remain current with all the Home Care needs and scope of Practice. Our Staff is evaluated on a 3 month, 6 month, and yearly basis, and Supervisory visits are made by our RN's to assure that proper care and professionalism is obtained. This helps us maintain a solid stable foundation for the people in our communities and assures us that our Clients are getting the Best Care Possible.
 

 Current Contracts:

Office For Ageing:  Montgomery and Fulton Counties and participate in their Eicept and Respite programs.
Medicaid Certified: Montgomery and Saratoga Counties.
Veterans Administration :  We service the Vets in our surrounding Areas.
Insurance Companies: Long Term Health Care Insurance, Empire United Health Insurance, Fidelis, Excellus BC/BS, Private Pay
Upon CHAP Accreditation approval, many more Insurance companies will be added.

Our Professional Nursing Staff is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns. Our phones are always on even after hours. You will always get a person to talk to. Our Staff is caring, friendly and dedicated to make sure all of your needs are met. Nursing Assessments may be scheduled at anytime.
